Elizabeth Paasch specializes in both Landlord and Tenant Representation in commercial leasing and sales and is licensed in the State of Virginia. Her clients range from publicly-traded corporate REITS to small privately-owned companies as well as individual tenants and investors. Paasch has represented clients such as Norfolk Southern, Inland Properties, Adler Realty, HRPT/RMR, Lingerfelt Commonwealth Partners, and Continental Capital Partners. She has also worked directly with companies like Sentara, Davita, Fresenius, Urology of Virginia, Atlantic Orthopaedic and Best Buy among others.
Prior to joining Divaris Real Estate in 2005, she was employed with Davenport Group Real Estate, Inc., where she handled both Landlord and Tenant representation as well as sales. Her previous career in the commercial technology industry launched her into the world of commercial Real Estate in 2004.
Since joining Divaris Real Estate, Elizabeth has received various awards from the Hampton Roads Commercial Real Estate Alliance, multiple CoStar Power Broker awards as well as internal company awards.
She was a charter member of Commercial Real Estate Women Hampton Roads (CREWHR) and committee chair, a member of the DNC, Downtown Norfolk Council, a member of the CBDA, Central Business District Association, a member of Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE) and a member of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce.
Elizabeth is a Virginia Beach native and graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, International Business.
