Kyle Vernon holds the position of Vice President in Divaris Real Estate’s Richmond, Virginia office. Since 2014 he has been dedicated to Divaris’ account with the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Department of General Services providing valuation, consulting, and brokerage services throughout the state.
He provides expert valuation advisory for real property of all types and has ten years of experience negotiating technical leases including industrial facilities, ground and structure leases for communications equipment, and data center colocation spaces.
Kyle first joined Divaris in 2013, and in his tenure has been recognized in 2015 for the Principal’s Award for Excellence and again in 2022 as Employee of the Year. He is a past officer and president of the VCU chapter of Rho Epsilon Professional Real Estate Association.
A Richmond native, Kyle attended Virginia Commonwealth University receiving a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Certificate in Product Innovation. He is credited as an inventor in two patents.
