Sarah joined the Lease Administration Team in 2015 and is currently Assistant Director of Lease Administration for Divaris Property Management Corp. Sarah assists in the oversight of the Lease Administration Team which is responsible for abstracting and managing leases including monthly financial transactions, monthly expense reconciliations and annual recovery projections for Common Area Maintenance, Insurance and Taxes. Sarah has implemented a training program for all aspects of the Lease Administration position and works closely with newly hired Lease Administrators to learn all processes in order to successfully maintain their portfolio of properties. Sarah has over 10 years of real estate experience, including prior positions with Drucker and Falk, LLC in Greenville, Apex and Holly Springs, North Carolina as Property Manager, overseeing all aspects of multifamily housing.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University in North Carolina. In 2015, the Lease Administration Team received the Divaris Team Award. In 2016, Sarah received the Divaris Property Management Award and in 2018, received the Divaris Principals’ Award for Excellence.
