Steven joined the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. in March of 2014 as a Market Research Analyst and transferred to brokerage in 2015. He is responsible for leasing office space, as well as research on office projects, creating and implementing marketing plans and leasing services, building and maintaining tenant and site databases, creating competition reports and maps, and interpreting demographic profiles for specific projects.

Prior to joining Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Steven was employed by AFP Industries, serving 9 years in the Fabrication Division serving as a Quality Control Supervisor and Production Foreman. He also served as Technical and Teaching Assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University in the Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate Department.

Steven received a Bachelors of Science degree in Real Estate from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. He also received a certificate from the Black and Gold Academy of Professional Development. Steven was invited to join the CEO class as one of 16 students in the school, and while in attendance at VCU he received the Real Estate Circle of Excellence Scholarship on two occasions.

Memberships and Associations

Steven was very active as a student and continues to be active professionally. Steven served as President of Rho Epsilon Professional Real Estate Fraternity at VCU and the Student Ambassador for the Kornblau Real Estate Program. He was also a member of the insurance and actuarial science fraternity, Gamma Iota Sigma. Steven is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management Chapter 38 and a member of Greater Richmond Association of Commercial Real Estate.
