Virginia Beach, Virginia: Gerald Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of two leases and the renewal of one lease for retail space in the Divaris-leased Crossways Shopping Center, located at 1412 Greenbrier Parkway, in Chesapeake, Va.
Greenbrier Buffet signed a lease for 10,000 square feet. Greenbrier Buffet is a casual
restaurant featuring international fare.
Plato’s Closet signed a lease for 2,400 square feet. Plato’s Closet is a consignment shop specializing in recycling “gently used,” unique clothing from brand name designers, focusing on girls and guys in their teens and early twenties.
AT&T renewed their lease for 1,850 square feet. AT&T is one of the nation’s premier wireless providers, based on subscribers and the largest communications holding company in the world, by revenue.
These tenants join Ross, Designer Shoe Warehouse, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Value City Furniture, A&N and Office Depot. The retail power center is comprised of three retail strip centers totaling approximately 371,735 square feet, on 20 acres.
The landlord, JLP-Chesapeake, LLC, was represented in the lease negotiations by Anne Millar Wright, assistant vice president of development in DRE’s Virginia Beach office.
