Lynchburg, Virginia: John Wingfield, Principal of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the signing of a lease with Harbor Freight Tools for 15,000 square feet of retail space in Timberlake Station in Lynchburg, Virginia. The tenant will occupy half of the vacant Winn Dixie store on Timberlake Road.
Harbor Freight Tools is now the largest tool and equipment catalog retailer in the country, providing quality tool-related products to over 5 million customers nationwide, via direct mail, through its many retail stores, and the Internet. Based in Camarillo, California, Harbor Freight’s retail supply store consists of over 7,000 brand name tools and machinery, making up a full line of home workshop, professional and industrial tools.
Brett Womack, Senior Vice President of DRE’s Richmond office, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The landlord of Timberlake Station is Phillips Edison.
