Virginia Beach, Virginia: Michael B. Divaris, President of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. announced the signing of a lease with International Clinical Research for 2,926 square feet of office space in the Divaris leased and managed Windwood Centre located at 780 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

International Clinical Research is expanding its office space in Windwood Centre by 1,206 square feet.  Other tenants in Windwood Centre include:  First Command Financial, AccuBanc Mortgage, Moseley Architects, Shaffer Title and United Capital Mortgage.

Both the landlord, Centralia Associates, and the tenant were represented in the lease negotiations by Keith Pezzella and Robin Gasser of DRE’s Virginia Beach office.
