The lease was handled on behalf of the landlord, Randolph Properties Limited Partnership, by Susan McGee, in the Metropolitan D.C. office of DRE.
Kids First Swim School, LLC, is America’s largest provider of year-round, warm-water swimming instruction. The school operates 16 locations in four states, teaching more than 80,000 students every year. The property is located in the Randolph Hills Shopping Center at 4888-4890 Boiling Brook Parkway in Rockville, Maryland. Other tenants at the shopping center include Moti Koshermart and Goodwill Industries.
