A.C. Moore Adds Arts &
Crafts to Lynchburg, Virginia's Wards Crossing West
LYNCHBURG, VIRGINIA: John Wingfield,
principal of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE),
announced the signing of a lease with A.C. Moore for 21,171 square feet
of retail space in Wards Crossing West Shopping Center situated on
Wards Road in Lynchburg, Va. Other tenants in the shopping center
include Kohl’s, Old Navy, Ross and rue21.
Founded in 1985, the arts and
crafts retailer has grown from a single store in Moorestown, N.J. to a
chain of over 100 stores located throughout the eastern United States.
Senior Vice Presidents Brett
Womack and Debbie Wake, of DRE’s Richmond office, represented the
tenant, A.C. Moore, in the lease negotiations with the landlord, Wards
Crossing West LLC.
