Best Buy Leases 30,000
Square Feet in Mechanicsville, VA's Bell Creek Commons
MECHANICSVILLE, VIRGINIA: John Wingfield, principal of the
Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the
signing of a lease with Best Buy for 30,000 square feet of retail space
in Bell Creek Commons, located on Bell Creek Road in Mechanicsville,
Va. Best Buy joins Chick-Fil-A at the shopping center.
Best Buy is one of the nation’s leading retailers of
technology and entertainment products and services. Founded in
St. Paul, Minn. in 1966, Best Buy stores reach an estimated 300 million
consumers per year, in 48 states and online.
Debbie Wake, of DRE’s Richmond office, represented
Best Buy in the lease negotiations with the landlord, EDCO LLC.
Wake is assisting Best Buy with its expansion plans throughout central
and western Virginia.
