DOMA Technologies Leases 16,419 SF
In Virginia Beach’s Sabre One

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA:  Michael B. Divaris, president of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of a lease with DOMA Technologies, Inc. for 16,419 square feet of office space in the Divaris–leased Sabre One office building, located at 2875 Sabre Street in the Lynnhaven office submarket of Virginia Beach, Va.      
       
DOMA Technologies, a privately owned Virginia Limited Liability Corporation founded in 2000, provides Software as a Service (SaaS) -- document management applications and services.  Specializing in affordable conversions of hardcopy documents into easily stored, readily accessible industry standard digital images, DOMA provides off-site training, database development, requirements and  systems analysis, program management, infrastructure design, as well as software development and administrative staffing support to government and private sector customers. 

The landlord, 2700 International Parkway Corporation, was represented in the lease negotiations by Robin Gasser, a DRE office leasing associate, and Vivian L. Turok, vice president of office sales and leasing in the Virginia Beach office of Divaris Real Estate.
