Appointed to Manage and Lease Asheville, N.C.’s
Biltmore Square Mall
ASHEVILLE,
NORTH CAROLINA: Susan Collins, director of Divaris
Property Management Corp. (DPMC), and Diana Teitsma,
director of the Charlotte
office of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the appointment of
Divaris to manage and lease Biltmore Square Mall, a 500,000-square-foot
enclosed regional mall located at 800
Brevard Road in Asheville,
N.C.
With over 60 specialty shops, the
mall is anchored by Belk, Dillard’s, Goody’s,
Steve & Barry’s University Sportswear and Cinebar
Cinemas.
Sharon Morgan is the general manager
of Biltmore Square Mall, Ken McCain is operations manager and Sarah Davis
is the specialty leasing manager.
Leasing is handled by DRE’s Charlotte
office.
