Divaris Appointed Sales and Leasing
Agents for Interstate Professional Center

NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate has been appointed exclusive sales and leasing agent for Interstate Professional Center, the Peninsula’s newest office development located on I-64 at the Oyster Point Road interchange in Newport News.  Interstate Professional Center, a two-building office condominium development containing approximately 66,000 square feet, offers quality office suites that range from 2,000 to 33,000 square feet for sale or lease.

Karen R. Beale, principal and Judy Jensen, leasing and sales associate in the Newport News office of Divaris Real Estate are representing the developer Robert Brown & Associates in marketing the new project, which is scheduled for delivery in spring 2011. 

“Interstate Professional Center offers businesses and medical practices the opportunity to own their own office suite in Oyster Point, which is the business hub of the Virginia Peninsula” commented Beale. “There are very few options for ownership within the business park, which is home to over 900 businesses that employ over 18,000 people.”
