Joins Maryland's Laurel Glen Shopping Center
CALIFORNIA, MARYLAND: Earl Goodman, principal of the Rockville, Md.
office of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of a
lease with Tractor Supply Company for 24,727 square feet of retail
space in Laurel Glen Shopping Center, located at 45315 Alton Lane in
California, Md. Tractor Supply Company joins Kmart, Food Lion and
Cato in the Divaris-leased shopping center.
Tractor Supply Company is the
leading retail farm and ranch store brand in the nation.
Headquartered in Brentwood, Tenn., Tractor Supply Company operates more
than 698 stores in 37 U.S. states and one Canadian province supplying
daily farm and ranch maintenance supplies to farmers and ranchers as
well as suburban and rural homeowners.
Susan McGee, of DRE’s Rockville
office, represented the landlord, Laurel Glen Inc., in the lease
negotiations with Tractor Supply Company.
