VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Michael B. Divaris, president of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced that a lease was signed with Virginia Institute for Sports Medicine for 10,000 square feet of office space located at 1849 Old Donation Parkway in Virginia Beach. The tenant will occupy the entire premises that is leased by Divaris Real Estate and managed by Divaris Property Management Corp. Estimated occupancy is November 2010.
Virginia Institute for Sports Medicine is an orthopaedic practice focused on taking care of the injured athlete of any age. Specializing in shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle injuries and utilizing the latest technology to evaluate and repair injuries, Virginia Institute for Sports Medicine focuses on helping each patient return to a normal and active life for sports, work and play.
The lease was negotiated on behalf of the landlord by Vivian Turok, senior vice president and Jason Oliver, senior associate in the Virginia Beach office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc.
