VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Gerald S. Divaris, President of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the signing of a lease for 49,417 square feet of office space to AMERIGROUP Corporation, a licensed HMO company. They will be moving their operational offices into the Divaris leased 3300 South Building, a 3-story building located at 397 Little Neck Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia. AMERIGROUP's corporate offices will remain at 4425 Corporation Lane in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
AMERIGROUP plans to move into the first two floors of the building by September 1, 1999, and will occupy the third floor by June 1, 2000. The building was formerly occupied by Old Dominion University Higher Education, who will be relocating to a new facility on Princess Anne Road.
