FOR ITS FIRST LOCATION IN ROANOKE, VIRGINIA
ROANOKE, VIRGINIA: Brett Womack, Principal of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. announced the signing of a lease with Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. for 22,272 square feet of retail space in the Towne Square Shopping Center located on Towne Square Boulevard in Roanoke, Virginia. Founded in 1971, the nationwide chain of Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. sells high quality merchandise and furnishings for the home.
This is Bed Bath & Beyond Inc.’s first location in the Roanoke market. Bed Bath & Beyond will be taking a portion of the former Phar Mor site at Towne Square Shopping Center. Towne Square Shopping Center is a 301,563 square foot center that is anchored by Sam’s Club, Michaels, Office Max, Heironimus, Fashion Bug and A&N Sporting Goods.
Brenda Martin, Debbie Wake and Brett Womack of DRE’s Richmond office represented the landlord, Kimco Realty Corporation, in the negotiations.
