COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VIRGINIA: Brett Womack, Principal of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. announced the signing of a lease with Best Buy Stores, L.P for 30,000 square feet of retail space in Dimmock Square shopping center located on Temple Avenue in Colonial Heights, Virginia.  Other tenants in the center include Target and Shoe Carnival.
   
Best Buy is the largest volume specialty retailer of consumer electronics, personal computers, entertainment software and appliances.  Best Buy offers an extensive selection of affordable technology and entertainment products in a no-pressure shopping environment.  Headquartered in Minnesota, the company operates over 750 stores throughout the U.S. and Canada.
   
Debbie Wake of DRE’s Richmond office represented the tenant in the negotiations.  The landlord of the property is Dimmock Square Company, LLC.
