Divaris, President of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the signing of a lease with The Dermal Group for 43,383 square feet located at 13301-B South Main Street in Los Angeles, California.  The property will be used as a warehouse and distribution center for The Dermal Group's operations.

They have eight regional office locations in the United States and operate overseas in Europe, Britain, South Africa, Australia and the Far East.  Divaris Real Estate exclusively represents The Dermal Group in their expansion program into new markets.  DRE's Executive Vice President, Michael Divaris, along with CRESA Partners/Los Angeles, represented The Dermal Group.  Daum Real Estate represented the Landlord, LaMode, Inc. in the negotiations.
