CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA:  Michael B. Divaris, President of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. announced the sale of Dominion Marketplace shopping center located at 910 Great Bridge Boulevard in Chesapeake, Virginia to Focused Retail Property Fund I, LLC.    The 75,506-square-foot shopping center is anchored by Food Lion and Family Dollar and leased by Divaris Real Estate.
 
The seller, Equity Investment Group --Virginia, LLC, was represented by Michael Divaris, Alexander Divaris, and Jason Oliver of Divaris Real Estate’s Virginia Beach office, and by Daniel Finkle of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP.
