RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Brett Womack, Principal of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. announced the signing of a lease with Mark Gonsenhauser Rug & Carpet for 9,468 square feet of retail space located at 6512 West Broad Street in Richmond, Virginia.
   
Mark Gonsenhauser’s Rug & Carpet Superstore offers fine rugs and floor coverings in traditional, contemporary, or classic transitional styles.  The stores feature hand-knotted, flat-woven or power-loomed rugs from accent  sizes to palatial masterpieces.
   
Brenda Martin, retail leasing associate in the Richmond office of DRE, represented the tenant in this transaction.
