HAMPTON, VIRGINIA: Michael B. Divaris, President of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. announced the signing of a lease with The City of Hampton Convention and Visitors Bureau for 2,773  square feet  of office space in the Divaris leased and managed Pinewood Plaza located at 1919 Commerce Drive in Hampton, Virginia.    
   
This lease represents an expansion of the Hampton Department of Convention and Visitor Bureau office space in Pinewood Plaza from 4,489 square feet to 7,622 square feet. Through a coordinated marketing effort to generate this revenue for the city, the Convention and Visitor Bureau office promotes Hampton as a destination for convention and meeting groups, group tours, and individual travelers.
   
Other tenants in Pinewood Plaza include Northrop Grumman, Boeing, Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, and Goodman Seager Hogan.
   
Kathy Anderson of the Newport News office of Divaris Real Estate represented the landlord, Pinewood Associates, LLC, in the lease negotiations.
