RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Brett Womack, principal of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the signing of a lease with architects Hening, Vest, Covey, and Chenault  for 3,220 square feet of office space in the Divaris office center, located at 1710 E. Franklin Street in Richmond, Virginia. 

 Womack, represented the tenant, in the lease negotiations.  The Landlord,  Evelyn Lorenzer Tinsman Partnership was represented by Insignia Thalhimer.
