Divaris Reps HSMM for 43,513-Square-Feet in Downtown Roanoke
ROANOKE, VIRGINIA: Michael B. Divaris, president of Divaris Real Estate Inc.
(DRE), announced the signing of a lease with Hayes, Seay,
Mattern & Mattern
Inc. (HSMM) for 43,513 square feet of office space in the Wachovia
Tower located at 10 South Jefferson Street in Roanoke, Va. HSMM will occupy its
new downtown office building in the summer of 2008.
An AECOM company, HSMM
provides clients, throughout the nation and the world, with professional
architecture and engineering services.
With more than 660 professional, technical and support personnel,
HSMM operates from 22 offices across the United
States.
Michael Divaris and Krista Costa, of DRE’s Virginia
Beach office,
represented the tenant, HSMM, in the lease negotiations. Dennis Cronk,
of Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group, represented
the landlord.
