My Organic Market Leases 10,893 Square Feet
in Alexandria, VA

ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA:  Alan Luger and Earl Goodman, Principals of Divaris Real Estate, Inc.'s Washington, D.C. office, announced the signing of a lease with My Organic Market for 10,893 square feet of retail space in the Divaris leased Mount Vernon Village Center, located on Mount Vernon Avenue in Alexandria, Virginia.  My Organic Market joins CVS and Blockbuster in Mount Vernon Village Center.  
 
My Organic Market is a locally-owned, high-quality organic supermarket with two existing Maryland locations.  The Company has been in business for more than ten years.    
 
Garrett Bauman, Vice President of Retail Tenant Representation, Susan McGee, Vice President of Shopping Center Leasing, and Alan Luger and Earl Goodman, of DRE's Washington, D.C. office, represented the Landlord, Arlandria Center LLC, in the negotiations.  The Tenant was represented by Ali Oliver.
