RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Brett Womack, Principal of Divaris Real Estate, Inc.'s Richmond office, announced the signing of a lease with New Life Enterprises, Corp. for 10,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris leased 360 West Shopping Center, located at 7154 Hull Street in Richmond, Virginia.  New Life Enterprises, a thrift store, joins Rite Aid, Auto Zone and Dollar General in the shopping center.  
 
Brenda Martin, of DRE's Richmond, Virginia office, represented the Landlord, 360 West Shopping Center, in the negotiations.
