PHR+A Leases 7,037-Square-Feet of Office
Space in Norfolk’s Interstate Corporate Center
VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA:
Michael B. Divaris, president of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE)
announced the signing of a lease with Patton, Harris, Rust &
Associates (PHR+A) for 7,037 square feet of office space in the
Divaris-leased and -managed Interstate Corporate Center located at the
intersection of Interstate 64 and Interstate 264 in Norfolk, Va.
Comprised of over 450 professionals company-wide,
PHR+A is ranked among the nation’s top design firms by Engineering
News Record and is recognized as one of the 100 fastest growing
design firms in the country.
Established in 1952 as a professional engineering and land
surveying firm in Northern Virginia,
PHR+A operates 18 offices throughout Virginia
and Maryland.
PHR+A joins over 150 international,
national and local firms in Interstate Corporate Center, including Best
Buy, Geico, the State of Virginia, Harris
Connect, Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia and Geeks on Call. The office complex is comprised of 17
one- and two-story office buildings, totaling approximately 440,000
square feet, on 35 landscaped acres.
President Michael B. Divaris and
Senior Vice President Vivian Turok, of DRE’s Virginia
Beach office,
represented PHR+A in the negotiations.
Divaris and Turok continue to assist the
company with its corporate real estate needs throughout the
Mid-Atlantic. Elizabeth Newbill, of DRE’s Interstate
Corporate
Center’s
leasing office, represented the landlord, ICC Norfolk Flexx
Office LLC, in the lease negotiations.
