Burgess
& Niple Inc. Leases 11,561-Square-Feet in Virginia
Beach’s Convergence Center I
VIRGINIA BEACH,

(DRE), announced the signing of a lease with Burgess & Niple Inc. for 11,561 square feet of office space in Convergence
Center I, located at 295 Bendix Road in Virginia
Beach, Va.
Established in 1912,

clients in the United

government agencies, military organizations, colleges and universities,

Michael Divaris and Vivian Turok, of DRE’s Virginia
Beach office,
represented the tenant, Burgess & Niple
Inc., in the lease negotiations with the landlord, Olympia Development
Corp.
