OFFICE DEPOT LEASES 18,720 SQUARE FEET
IN RICHMOND’S SHOPS AT STRATFORD HILLS
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Brett H. Womack, Principal of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. announced the signing of a lease with Office Depot, Inc. for 18,720 square feet of retail space in The Shops at Stratford Hills located on Forest Hill Avenue in Richmond, Virginia.
Office Depot, Inc., founded in 1986, is one of the world’s largest sellers of office products and an industry leader in every distribution channel, including stores, direct mail, contract delivery, the Internet and business-to-business electronic commerce. Headquartered in Delray Beach, Fla., the company conducts business in 23 countries and employs nearly 50,000 people worldwide.
Debbie Wake of DRE’s Richmond office, with Womack, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The landlord of The Shops at Stratford Hills is Chippenham North, LLC. Other tenants in the property include Ukrops and Target.
