CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA: John Wingfield, principal of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. announced the signing of a lease with PETsMART for 22,785 square feet of retail space in Hollymead Town Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.  The pet supply and service retailer joins Target and Harris Teeter in Hollymead Town Center.
   
PETsMART is the leading retail supplier of products and services for pets in the United States, operating more than 725 pet superstores throughout the U.S. and Canada.
   
Debbie Wake, vice president of retail sales and leasing in DRE’s Richmond office, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.  Divaris Real Estate is the exclusive tenant representative for PETsMART in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has secured over a half dozen locations for the company in the Richmond and Hampton Roads metropolitan areas.
