WILLIAMSBURG, VIRGINIA:  Gerald S. Divaris, Chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the signing of a lease with PETsMART for a new 21,102-square-foot store to be located in Windsor Meade Marketplace located at the intersection of Windsor Meade Way and Monticello Avenue in Williamsburg, Virginia.  PETsMART joins Bed Bath & Beyond, Office Depot and Belk in the shopping center.
   
Founded in 1987 in Phoenix, Arizona, PETsMART, Inc. is the nation’s leading retail supplier of products, services and solutions for pets and their families. The company operates more than 643 pet superstores in the United States and Canada as well as a large pet supply catalog business.  It is the major, controlling investor in the Internet’s leading online provider of pet products and information. 
   
The lease was negotiated on behalf of the tenant by Gerald S. Divaris and Anne Millar Wright of the Virginia Beach office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc.   DRE has represented PETsMART in the negotiations for six new locations in Hampton Roads, Virginia and two stores in the Richmond market.
