Leases Store to Pierre Deux at Tyson’s Corner
WASHINGTON, DC:
Gerald Divaris, Chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE),
announced the signing of a lease with Pierre Deux
for space at Fairfax
Square in Vienna, Virginia. Fairfax
Square is
located on Leesburg Pike and already accommodates such notable tenants as
Tiffany’s, Morton’s Steakhouse, Fendi and
others.
The lease with Pierre Deux is for 4,096 square feet of retail space on the
first floor of this high-end project. The landlord is a partnership of Vornado and Charles E. Smith, L.P. The lease was
negotiated by Gerald Divaris representing the tenant.
Pierre Deux
first opened its doors in 1967 as a quaint, Provence-themed,
New York
City antiques shop. Pierre Deux currently has 20
stores located across the United
States and one
store in Japan.

fabrics, hand-crafted furniture, lighting, wall coverings, home decor,
and gifts making them the ultimate resource for all that is French
