Ross
Stores Leases 27,689-Square-Feet in Virginia’s Waynesboro Town Center
WAYNESBORO, VIRGINIA: Gerald S. Divaris,
chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of
a lease with Ross Stores Inc. for 27,689 square feet of retail space in Waynesboro
Town Center in Waynesboro, Va.
Located midway between Harrisonburg
and Charlottesville,

opened fall of 2007 on the former Waynesboro
Outlet
Village. Ross joins Kohl’s, PetSmart,
Target and Michael's at the 400,000-square-foot mixed-use, "town
center-style" development.
Ross Stores Inc., a Fortune 500 and Nasdaq 100 (ROST) company headquartered in Pleasanton,
Calif.,
is the nation’s second largest off-price clothing company. As of Feb. 3, 2007,
the company operates 771 Ross Dress for Less
stores and 26 dd’s discount stores.
