Diner Signs Lease for Retail Space in Glen Allen, Virginia’s Wilton
Corner
GLEN ALLEN, VIRGINIA: John Wingfield, principal of the Richmond Virginia office of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the
signing of a lease with Silver Diner for 5,000 square feet of retail
space in the Wilton Corner shopping center located near the intersection
of Broad
Street and Cox Road, in Glen Allen, Virginia. Silver Diner joins
a pending Dunkin Donuts Brands location.
The first Silver Diner, an
innovative, brand new, old-style diner, opened in 1989 at the Mid-Pike
Plaza
in Rockville,
Maryland.
Now with over 20 restaurants, Silver Diner looks to serve as the
neighborhood gathering place, where there’s something for everyone at any
time, day or night, throughout Maryland,
New Jersey,
Virginia,
and Washington.
This is Silver Diner’s first location in the metropolitan Richmond
market.
Brett Womack and Debbie Wake, of DRE’s Richmond
office, represented Silver Diner in the lease negotiations with the
landlord, The Wilton Companies.
Brett Womack and Debbie Wake are assisting the diner with its
expansion plans throughout Richmond.
