VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA:  Gerald Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the sale of a 10,000 square foot of office space to the Samaritan House, a non-profit organization which provides a broad range of services to meeting the needs of low income residents.  The Samaritan House purchased the property, located at 2620 Southern Boulevard in Virginia Beach, Virginia, for $595,000.  This will serve as the as the 
organization's  local office and administrative headquarters.

Vivian Turok, of DRE's Virginia Beach office, represented the Buyer in the negotiations.  The Seller, Leo Thomas, Jr., was represented by William E. Wood.
