VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA:  Gerald S. Divaris, Chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the sale of the 76,012 square foot Sentara Corporate Center, located at 4417 Corporation Lane in Virginia Beach, Virginia to KNW, Corp.  
 
Sentara Corporate Center is an office building that is fully leased to Sentara Healthcare.  Sentara Healthcare is the premiere healthcare provider in southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina, operating more than 70 caregiving sites; including six hospitals, three outpatient health care campuses, seven nursing centers, three assisted living centers, 24 primary care practices, a full range of health coverage plans, home health and hospice services, physical therapy and rehabilitation services, ground and air medical transport services, mobile diagnostic vans and fitness facilities.   
 
Danny Finkle and Michael Divaris of DRE's Virginia Beach, Virginia office represented the Seller, Crown Life Insurance Company, in the negotiations.
