Richmond, Virginia: John Wingfield, principal of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of two leases totaling 2,800 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Short Pump Station located adjacent to Short Pump Town Center, off Interstate 64 in the west end of Richmond. The two new tenants, Omaha Steaks and Frostings, join Trader Joe, Petco, Longhorn and Five Below in Short Pump Station.
OS SalesCo, doing business as Omaha Steaks, has been a family business since it was founded in 1917. It will occupy 1,400 square feet of retail space. Headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, Omaha Steaks markets and distributes an extensive selection of premium steaks, meats and other gourmet foods from retail outlets and through its direct-mail catalog and web site. With more than 1,800 employees nationwide, Omaha Steaks has promoted its brand for 40 years and is positioned as the ultimate in superb service and quality.
Frostings, LLC signed a lease for 1,400 square feet of retail space in Short Pump Station. This will be the company’s first gourmet cupcake bakery in the metropolitan Richmond market. Frostings uses only the finest possible ingredients in its products that are targeted toward cupcake lovers of all ages.
The landlord, Short Pump Station, LLC, was represented in the two lease negotiations by Debbie Wake and Brett Womack, both senior vice presidents of DRE’s Richmond office.
