(DRE), announced the signing of a lease with O’Reilly Auto Parts for 12,608 square feet of retail space in the former Rite Aid pharmacy located at 3212 Tidewater Drive in Norfolk, VA. The lease was handled on behalf of the landlord, Zimmer Properties No. 5, LLC, by Levi Thompson, vice president in the Virginia Beach office of Divaris Real Estate.
O’Reilly Automotive is working towards becoming the dominant supplier of auto parts in its market areas by offering retail customers, professional installers and jobbers the best combination of price and quality with the highest possible level of service. O’Reilly operates 13 other stores in Hampton Roads.
