Pirate’s Cove Restaurant Renews Lease in Divaris-Leased and -Managed Gainsborough Square

Chesapeake, Virginia:  Gerald S. Divaris, Chairman of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the renewal of a lease with Pirate’s Cove Restaurant for 3,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris–leased and –managed Gainsborough Square, located at 109 Gainsborough Square in Chesapeake, Va.  The shopping center borders a well developed, heavily traveled corridor of Battlefield Boulevard and is situated between the new Oak Grove Connection of the Great Bridge Bypass.

Pirate’s Cove Restaurant is a seafood restaurant, which has had its only location in Gainsborough Square for over five years.  They join Food Lion, Navy Federal, Rite Aid, Subway, The UPS Store, Super Cuts and All About Bikes in Gainsborough Square.

The landlord, Armada/Hoffler Charleston Associates, LP, was represented in the lease negotiations by David Redmond and Melinda Simons, both of whom are retail leasing associates in the Virginia Beach office of DRE.
