(DRE), announced the signing of a lease with Rainbow Apparel for 6,763 square feet of retail space in Short Pump Village, located at 11404 West Broad Street in Richmond, VA. The lease was handled on behalf of the landlord, SP Center LLC, by Zach Means and Larry Agnew, vice presidents in the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate.
Founded in 1935, Rainbow Shops offers a wide assortment of clothing for juniors, plus sizes and children, as well as an extensive shoe collection. With more than 1,000 locations in 37 states, this will be Rainbow’s seventh store in Richmond.
