Virginia Beach, Virginia: Gerald Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the signing of a lease for a new R/C Theatres cinema complex at Kernstown Commons, located at the intersection of Interstate 81, Route 37 and Route 11 in Winchester, Virginia.
Kernstown Commons is being developed by Nerangis Enterprises, a large area McDonald’s franchisee. Several national tenants will occupy space in Kernstown Commons, including two major restaurants, a Handy Mart Convenience Store and a new, 82-room Country Inns & Suites hotel.
R/C Theatres will be building a new 56,744 square foot, state-of-the-art, stadium seating cinema complex, with 16 screens. R/C Theatres is well known for developing technologically superior cinema complexes with the latest in digital sound and cinemagraphic equipment.
The lease was negotiated by Gerald Divaris of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., exclusive agent for R/C Theatres.
