Virginia Beach, Virginia: Gerald Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the signing of a lease between Frederick Westview Properties, LLC and A&C Florida Cinemas, LLP, for a new cinema to be constructed at the Westview Entertainment Center, at the intersection of Maryland Route 85/Buckeys Town Pike, and Crestwood Boulevard, Frederick, Maryland.
The Tenant trades as R/C Theatres and will occupy a 57,000 square foot, state-of-the art stadium seating cinema complex. R/C Theatres is well known for constructing technically-correct cinemas. They recently opened a similar complex in Hagerstown, Maryland, and have two additional complexes under construction: one each in Tampa and Daytona Beach, Florida. R/C Theatres is headquartered in Reisterstown, Maryland.
The lease was negotiated by Michael Patz and Mark Mueller, of KLNB, Inc., representing the Landlord, Westview Properties, in the negotiations. R/C Theatres is nationally represented by Gerald Divaris of Divaris Real Estate, Inc.
