Read F. Goode, Jr. Appointed Managing Broker of the Richmond, Virginia office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc.

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA:  Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and chief executive officer of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., (DRE) announced the appointment of Read F. Goode, Jr. as the Managing Broker of its Richmond office.


Goode has more than two decades of brokerage and commercial development experience throughout central Virginia. He joins us from S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., where he had been since 2010, specializing in Commercial Land Development and Sales. Prior to 2010, Goode was President of Goode Land Company, where he established and managed a commercial land development firm that had acquired and developed eight tracts of raw land totaling fifty acres into retail and office destinations valued at $50 million, in addition to multiple third-party fee development and brokerage accounts.
