Divaris Leases 79,800 Square Feet To International Packaging Company
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA: EPE of Virginia, an international packaging company, has signed a lease for 79,800 square feet of industrial space located in River's Bend Warehouse at 861 Liberty Way in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, EPE Packaging is a designer and manufacturer of custom foam packaging material which is distributed to many leading high-tech companies, worldwide. Although EPE has been in business for 20 years, this is only the seventh year of its operation in the United States, with locations on the West Coast in Portland, Oregon and in San Francisco and Los Angeles, California. EPE operates internationally, with plants in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Thailand. Chris Francoise, of DRE's Richmond office, represented the Tenant in the negotiations.

Divaris Leases 317,000 Square Feet To Rehrig International
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY: Rehrig International, a manufacturer of plastic shopping carts, has signed a lease for 317,000 square feet of office/ warehouse space in the James River Industrial Park, located at 1301 Battery Brooke Parkway in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Founded in 1975, Rehrig produced the world's first plastic shopping cart. Since then, they have provided innovative plastic shopping carts to the retail industry, selling up to 20 percent of all mass merchandisers, including: discount store chains, grocery chains, warehouse clubs, supercenters, and other retail and industrial businesses. DRE's Richmond office represented the Landlord, Dannaton Development Company, in the negotiations.

Security Link Signs Lease For 7,912 Square Feet
GLEN ALLEN, VA: Security Link signed a lease for 7,912 square feet of office space in the Park Central Building, located on Park Central Drive in Glen Allen, Virginia. Security Link is part of an international company that specializes in the sale and installation of security equipment. The company is a subsidiary of Ameritech, providers of local phone service in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin. Ameritech also offers communications products and services such as: cellular, long distance, paging, cable television and wireless communication for much of the United States and parts of Europe. DRE's Maria Prince of its Richmond office, represented the Tenant in the negotiations.
