Amcor Signs 22,656-Square-Foot Lease

RICHMOND, VA. - Amcor Sunclipse North America has signed a lease for 22,656 square feet of warehouse space located at 4729 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in Richmond, Virginia.

Amcor is a publicly traded company based in Australia, with its North American headquarters located in Buena Park, California. The company specializes in the manufacturing of paper and packaging products, and operates 25 distribution centers across the United States and Mexico.

Amcor is subleasing the space from Con-Agra, Inc, one of the world's largest and most successful food companies. ConAgra was looking to sublease half of its 88,000 square feet. DRE's Richmond office negotiated the lease on behalf of Amcor.
