O F F I C E Atrium Building Gains Four New Tenants The Divaris leased Atrium Building gained four new tenants recently. The 63,637 square foot, two story, Class A office building is located at 11832 Rock Landing Drive in Newport News, Virginia. The first lease was signed by Covington Travel, a well-established Richmond-based travel agency for 2,610 square feet of office space. DRE's Alex Stern represented the Landlord, 418 Partners, in the negotiations. The second lease was signed by Sledd & Associates, an engineering, planning and surveying company, for 2,068 square feet of office space. DRE's Melissa Martinovich represented the Landlord in the negotiations. The third lease was signed by manager international, a temporary staffing company, for 1,583 square feet of space. DRE's Alex Stern and Missy Martinovich represented both the Landlord and the Tenant in the negotiations. The fourth lease was signed by Electronic Systems, Inc. for approxi-mately 4,484 square feet of office space. Electronic Systems, a computer and software sales and training company, is expanding. Law Firm Renews Lease With DRE NORFOLK, VA: Established in 1891, the law firm, Williams, Kelly & Greer, renewed their lease for 14,077 square feet of office space in the Crestar Bank Building located at 500 East Main Street in Downtown Norfolk, Virginia. DRE's Vivian Turok and Michael Divaris represented the Landlord, Harbor Group, in the negotiations. IBM Leases 27,000 Square Feet Of Office Space In Richmond RICHMOND, VA: A lease was signed with IBM for 27,000 square feet of space in the Arboretum IX, the latest Class A suburban office building in the Arboretum Office Park in Richmond, Virginia. Maria Prince of DRE's Richmond office identified IBM as a suitable prospect for the Arboretum Building. IBM moved from their offices in the James Center in the City of Richmond to the suburban park. Siddall, Matus & Coughter Leases 20,113 Square Feet In Richmond RICHMOND, VA: A lease for new office space was signed by Siddall, Matus & Coughter, Inc. for 20,113 square feet. The full-service advertising agency relocated its premises to the One Capital Square building located at 830 East Main Street in Richmond, Virginia. J.B. Campbell, Principal of DRE's Richmond office, represented the Tenant in the negotiations. Newport News Shipyard Leases 8,422 Square Feet NEWPORT NEWS, VA: The Newport News Shipyard and Drydock Co. signed a lease for 8,422 square feet of office space located at 232 35th Street in Newport News, Virginia. Melissa Martinovich of DRE's Newport News office represented the Tenant in the negotiations
