Family Dollar Comes to Atlanta, Georgia

Headquartered in Matthews, North Carolina, Family Dollar is one of the fastest growing discount store chains in the United States. For over ten years, more than 1,744 new stores have been opened across the country - 1,109 in the last five years alone. 

Recently, Family Dollar Stores of Georgia, Inc. signed a lease for 10,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris leased and managed Forrest Mart Shopping Center, located at 6099 Fairburn Road in Douglasville, Georgia. Phillip Shumny, of DRE's Atlanta office, handled the negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
