Divaris Hired to Manage and Lease
Interstate Corporate Center

NORFOLK, VIRGINIA -- In 2004, The Adler Group/FlexxSpace acquired one of Norfolk, Virginia’s premier office complexes.  The company charged Divaris Real Estate, with the assignment of leasing and managing Interstate Corporate Center with over 440,000 square feet of one- and two-story Class A office buildings located at the intersection of Interstates 64 and 264. 

      A variety of leasing opportunities are available in the 17 buildings, nestled on a 35-acre landscaped park-like campus.  Located in the heart of Hampton Roads’ Southside, the complex offers unparalleled access to all corners of the region.

      Amenities of Interstate Corporate Center include ample parking, multiple broad band capability, Sonitrol security, on-site management, U.S. Post Office, vending in each building, and free conference room use.

      More than 150 international, national and local firms are tenants of Interstate Corporate Center, including: Sentara Healthcare, Hampton Roads Technology Incubator, Xerox Corp, Unisys, Geico, Harris Publishing, Essex Bancorp.

      Vivian L. Turok and Keith Pezzella, of the Virginia Beach office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., are handling the leasing of the property.  The on-site management is the responsibility of Divaris Property Management Corp’s Carol Aubuchon.
