netp@rk.tampabay’s Renovations Appeal to Lykes Lines Ltd.

TAMPA, FLORIDA:  netp@rk.tampabay is the largest office complex in the Tampa Bay region with approximately 1 million square feet of space.  With individual suites from 5,000 to 50,000 square feet, netp@rk.tampabay is ideally suited to the needs of large call, customer service and data processing centers. Spacious, open floor plans and 15-foot ceilings allow suites to be configured to virtually any specification.  Lykes Lines Ltd, a current tenant of netp@rk is taking advantage of the expansion opportunities by renewing and increasing the square footage in its current lease. 

Lykes Lines, a disaster recovery center, has expanded its existing lease within netp@rk.tampabay, located on Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa, Florida.  Lykes Lines initially occupied 14,000 square feet of space in netp@rk, but in 2001 added over 19,000 square feet to its operations center.  In 2002, Lykes Lines expanded even further with an additional 11,000 square feet for a total of 44,197 square feet leased to date.  Divaris Real Estate’s Tampa office handled the Lykes Lines expansion negotiations within the state-of-the-art corporate supercenter. 

Since its inception in 1997, netp@rk.tampabay has grown to include a naturally illuminated streetscape with lush landscaping and store-front conveniences. Personal and professional services such as daycare, copying and mailing services, dry cleaning and banking are available 24 hours a day, and a diverse food court provides a variety of dining options. Daycare and food services are operated and managed by Creative World and Eurest Dining respectively, ensuring a high level of quality and cost-effectiveness. These renovations have made tenants like Lykes Lines continue to expand in netp@rk, a premier place in today’s high-tech corporate world.  Other tenants secured by Divaris Real Estate, Inc. for the complex include:  General Motors with 99,693 square feet, Merck Medco with 143,274 square feet, Marriott Vacation Club International with 66,380 square feet, ALLTEL with 73,030 square feet, John Hancock Insurance Co. with 48,388 square feet,  New Horizons Computer Learning Center with 18,124 square feet, Hillsborough County Building Services Department with 8,904 square feet, the State of Florida’s Bureau of Field Operations within the Department of Motor Vehicles with 8,000 square feet, and ROJO Architecture with 1,492 square feet.
