DRE to Tenant Rep Top-Ranked Design Firm

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA – Being a nationally-ranked firm isn’t easy, especially when it’s time to relocate and expand locations.  That’s why Patton Harris Rust & Associates (PHR+A) hired the Corporate Services Division of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. for what PHR+A president, Jeff Frank calls “consistent, rational real estate advice.”  Frank explains, “Fundamentally, we needed experts to help us with our real estate business, both on the rental side and for relocation from a building we own.”  DRE’s President Michael Divaris and Senior Vice President Vivian Turok, will assist the firm with its expansion plans across the Mid-Atlantic.
